Tasty and easy to make, the dip recipes on this page pair perfectly with just about everything. I even use them sometimes as salad dressing. Very versatile.
My basic recipe is very simple. Just Greek Yogurt, Mayonnaise, and one of my restorative broth mixes. The broth mixes provide amazing flavor. They’re a real time-saver.
BASIC DIP RECIPE
INGREDIENTS

Just mix the ingredients together for a dreamy, creamy dip. It’s that simple.
My Ancho Broth Mix, Celery Broth Mix, Red Pepper Broth Mix, and Spinach Broth Mix create amazing tasting dips. Store bought dip mixes work great too.
Feel free to tweak the recipe to your tastes.
And since I love having options, I’m working on variations on the basic dip recipe and some other creamy dips as well. Coming soon.
I love making my own dip. That way I can avoid the ingredients that disagree with me and instead use ingredients that help me.
My dip recipes contain anti-inflammatory foods making them welcome additions to my beneficial diet. Those anti-inflammatory foods being the Greek Yogurt and the ingredients in my restorative broth mixes. The broth mixes are also handy cooking shortcuts.
I love my dip recipes and I hope you do too. Feel free to check out my other recipes.
